Thanks to Prysm's open platform, various security systems such as fire and intrusion alarm systems, access control and video surveillance can be controlled via one system.  This makes it possible to better understand critical situations and to respond more quickly and effectively.

In the future, Prysm customers will have the opportunity not only to benefit from the IPS VideoManager, but also from the integrated IPS VideoAnalytics, which are designed for alarming in real time. Thus, the security personnel can react very quickly to intruders and take the necessary measures to prevent further damage. In addition, the IPS VideoManager offers another advantage: In its georeferenced 3D version, it automatically tracks people and objects over the entire site, which leaves the operator time for other activities in dangerous situations.  If the intruder reaches the end of the camera's range, it will handover to a linked camera and continue to track him. The site map always displays his exact position.
