III. General information about data processing

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We process this primarily to provide a functional and easy-to-use website. We want to make sure that you can use our content and offers on this website.

We also only process your data if and to the extent permitted by law. Please refer to the following explanations for further information.

IV. Provision of the website and creation of log files

It is necessary that our system temporarily stores the IP address so that the website can be delivered to your computer. Your IP address must remain stored for the duration of the respective use of the website. Storage in log files therefore serves the functionality of the website. We also use this data to optimize our website and secure our information technology systems. In this context, the data is not used for marketing purposes. The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f General data protection regulation (hereinafter: "GDPR").

The data will be stored until it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. If data is required to provide the website, the need does not apply when the respective session has ended. Your data will then be deleted automatically. If the data is stored in log files, this is the case after fourteen days at the latest. 1. Technically required cookies

VI. Google Maps

VII. YouTube

We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offering, which are stored at www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website. These are all integrated in the "extended data protection mode", i.e. that no data about you as a user will be transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos will the data mentioned below be transmitted. We have no influence on this data transmission

IX. Newsletter

You can sign up for our free newsletter. To do this, enter your data in the input mask provided and it will be transmitted to us. When registering, your email address, your name and the newsletter selection you made will be collected.

Before sending your data, we ask you to give your consent to this processing of the data and we refer to this data protection declaration. Your data will be processed with your consent. In this respect, the legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

After registering, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary so that no one can register with someone else's email address. The registrations for the newsletter are logged in order to be able to demonstrate the registration process in accordance with the legal requirements. This includes the storage of the registration and confirmation time and your IP address used.

If you click on a link in our newsletter and the linked page opens, a cookie will be saved on your system. Using this cookie, we can determine that the same user has opened both the newsletter and the linked page. This enables us to determine how interesting our content is for users. With the data obtained in this way, we create a user profile in order to tailor the newsletter to your individual interests. We record when you read our newsletters, which links you click on in them, and deduce your personal interests. We link this data to actions you have taken on our website.

1. Right to withdraw the declaration of consent under data protection law (Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR)

3. Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR, § 35 Federal Data Protection Act)

You can ask us to immediately correct any incorrect data that affect you. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you also have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data - also by means of a supplementary declaration

4. Right to deletion or "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17 GDPR)

You have the right to request the immediate deletion of your data. We will delete your data if one of the following reasons applies:

  • You withdraw your consent on which the processing was based and there is no other legal basis for the processing.

  • You object to processing for direct advertising in accordance with Article 21 Paragraph 2 GDPR.
  • The data was processed illegally.
  • The deletion of the data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation under European or German law.
  • The data was collected in relation to information society services offered in accordance with Article 8 Paragraph 1 GDPR.

If we have made your data public and are obliged to delete it, we will take appropriate measures, taking into account the available technology and implementation costs, to inform those responsible that you have requested the deletion.

5. Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

You have the right to limit the processing of your data. According to Art. 18 GDPR, we are only allowed to process data to a limited extent in the following cases. This is the case if:

7. Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
