REACH statement
Declaration on EC Regulation No. 1907/2006 on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)
We are only affected by the REACH Regulation as a downstream user. Obligations resulting from the manufacture and marketing of substances (chemicals) for pre-registration/registration are not applicable to us.
The products we provide to you are considered to be goods and therefore are not defined as chemicals and/or mixtures (according to Article 3, Definitions). Hazardous substances are not released by our products in normal usage scenarios or usage scenarios that may reasonably be expected. Article 7 of the Regulation is therefore not relevant to us.
Furthermore, in accordance with REACH Article 33, we will inform you if we obtain information regarding our pre-suppliers indicating that materials that are processed in our products contain >0.1% of substances that are classified as being of particular concern by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
